Top End Pigs:The scrub's pretty thick and these blokes take a bit of catching, especially when the temperature's running at about 40 degrees C! ..thirsty work. This particular shooter demolished a whole carton of XXXX.
The Chase:There's always some classic yarns to tell after a group of blokes have been scrub bashing. The shooter at the top left saw his pig charging through the bush at him, funny... it looked like it was laying down for a bit of a rest to me, it already had 2 rounds in it.
Coburg Peninsula:Here's a typical Coburg sunset. Picture this with a line in the water and a cold XXXX in hand.
Coburg Hunting:Most of these pictures were taken by a bloke who used run hunting safaris. Coburg Peninsula is in Arnhem Land and hosts a pretty good selection of game. About the only way to hunt here though is to get onto one of these safaris.
Green Ants:They probably have their place in the Top End's ecosystem, if only they would stay in it and keep out of my bloody shirt! Nests such as this one are often at just right height to absolutely smother an unsuspecting shooter with the angry biting little bastards.
