Howard Springs:
 Once considered to be out in the "woop woop" by many "Darwinites", some still no wiser. Nowadays though it's still semi-rural but only a couple of minutes from Palmerston - a major shopping and residential area.

Entertainment:
Every Wednesday night strippers strut their stuff for the local crowd. Catwalk Productions provide single and double acts. Other less regular shows have included blues bands, boxing matches, and of course the pig and goose shooters will keep things lively.
