Darwin River:
Half an hour out of Darwin, a newish sort of pub in a more spread out rural area. The Darwin River Dam is close by, which supplies some of Darwin's water needs. The market gardeners have moved in and the ferals are moving out.
The Rodeo:
It's on every month during the dry season, right next to the pub. A well attended event, usually on a Saturday night with a band on afterwards. Look out for Mr Piggy though; get on the piss and roll out the swag.
